摘　　要：幼儿园中的"小领导"是一种班级社会现象,出现"小领导"现象的主要原因:1、来自教师工作的压力;2、幼儿自身发展的需要。针对出现的"小领导"这种班级社会现象,幼儿园中的教师及幼儿家长应采取多种措施以便更好地促进幼儿健康、全面地成长。＂Little Leaders＇in the Kindergarten - the social phenomenon of a class. In this paper,main reasons of ＂Little Leaders＂ have been found, that is, 1, from the pressure of the work of teachers. 2, needs about the development of their children. So teachers and parents should take effective and various measures to help children and better promote ehildren＇s health,growth in a comprehensive manner.
