摘　　要：从创新人才培养的需要出发,阐述了实验室开放的必要性和必然性,构建了适应内容开放的实验教学体系,提出了学科实验室与教学实验室一体化的建设思路,详细论述了建设高水平实践教学平台的一些行之有效的措施,营造了浓郁的创新实践氛围,发挥了实验教学平台在研究型大学创新人才培养中的重要作用。The article starts with the demand for innovative talents fostering, expounds the necessity and inevitability of lab opening, constructs lab teaching system suitable for content opening, proposes the idea of the integration of disciplinary labs and teaching labs, elaborates on the effective measures for building a high-level platform for practice and teaching, sets up atmosphere for innovation and practice, and fully plays the important role of the lab teaching platform for innovative talent fostering in research universities.
