摘  要:从目前来看,地质领域高层次人才尤其是领军人才严重不足。现阶段地质领域高层次人才匮乏的主要原因:一是人才断层与人才流失;二是产学研相互脱离;三是市场经济体制下地勘行业独揽地质人才的局面被打破。应运用量子化思维探讨地质领域高层次人才成长和培养的规律。建设现代高素质地质人才队伍的对策和建议:一是确立人才优先发展战略;二是推进管理创新;三是强化培养使用;四是搭建成长平台。The paper analyzes the main reasons why the high-level qualified people in the field of geology is shortage,as follows: both temporary shortage of talented people and the brain drain;divergence among production,study and research;under the market economic system,breaking down the situation of assuming arbitrary talented people in geological field.Therefore,the paper makes some suggestions for building modern high-quality geological personnel: giving priority to the development strategies of talented people,promoting management innovation,strengthening training and use of talented people,building growth platform.
