摘 要:校本管理作为学校提高自我管理水平的一种系统管理模式,在发达国家已经运行了20多年,并且取得了积极的成效。在我国的教育改革中,近年来很多地区也进行了校本管理的实践和探索,并已取得了一定成效;与此同时也出现了不少问题,譬如,当前理论界对校本管理内涵及意义的理解还未达成统一、校本管理在实践中还缺乏制度保障、在推进过程中还存在着盲动性和功利性等等,因此,需要不断地在执行策略方面进行相应的调整与完善。School - oriented management is an effective systematic management pattern to improve the level of school management which has been running for more than 20 years in developed countries. In China' s education reform, school - oriented management are practicing and exploring in many areas. It is useful but there are also many problems. The meaning and value of school management theory has not bean unified. There are still blindness and utilitarian, lack of protection system in practice, and so on. Therefore, it needs to be regulated and perfected in implementation of the strategy.
