摘  要:曲柄摇杆机构应用广泛,90°摆角无偏置曲柄摇杆机构是其中一种特殊机构,具有很大的应用价值。应用图解解析法分析了无偏置曲柄摇杆机构的杆长关系,在此基础上,分析了具有合适传动角的90°摆角无偏置曲柄摇杆机构的特点,得到了四个杆长之间的比例关系与约束关系,并用两个应用实例做了验证,结果表明所得结论大大简化了90°摆角无偏置曲柄摇杆机构的设计过程。The crank and rocker mechanisms are widely used and among them, a special one is the unbiased crank and rocker mechanism with 90° tilt angle and of important application value. The relation of bar lengths in the unbiased crank and rocker mechanism was analyzed by graphic and analytic method. On this basis, the character of unbiased crank and rocker mechanism with 90° tilt angle with proper driving angle was analyzed in detail, and the proportional relation and restrictive relation between four bar lengths were obtained, which were verified by two application examples. The results show that it can greatly simplify the design process of unbiased crank and rocker mechanism with 90° tilt angle.
