试论高职院校教师创新能力的培养与激励

摘　　要：高职院校教师创新能力的培养与激励是现代高职发展的要求,是培养学生创新能力的关键。培养教师的创新能力需要建立以创新能力培养为中心的观念、激励体系和环境气氛。基于校本、不断更新观念、创建开放的学校环境、营造学习型组织和宽松的学术气候以及引导教师走教学科研一体化道路等,是有效的策略和途径。It is a requirement for senior vocational colleges to cultivate and encourage creativity of their teachers,which is also the key of fostering the students＇creativity.To meet this requirement,a concept centered on cultivating the teachers＇creativity,an encouraging system and proper atmosphere should be established.Moreover,there are other effective strategies and ways,such as timely renewing our thoughts,creating an open atmosphere,building a relaxed academic climate and guiding the teachers towards the integration of researching and teaching.
