摘 要:[目的]了解大豆低聚肽的抗诱变作用,为其进一步开发利用提供依据。[方法]采用TK6细胞TK基因突变试验,以前处理、同时处理、后处理3种方式给予大豆低聚肽,观察4个剂量大豆低聚肽(1.25、2.5、5.0、10.0mg/ml)对MMS诱导的tk基因突变频率的影响。[结果]在前处理与同时处理条件下,4个剂量的大豆低聚肽均可显著降低MMS诱导的tk基因突变频率,并呈良好的剂量反应关系;而后处理条件下,大豆低聚肽仅在5.0和10.0mg/ml时表现出对MMS的拮抗作用;大豆低聚肽前处理时的tk基因突变指数亦显著低于其余两种处理方式。[结论]大豆低聚肽具有良好的抑制MMS诱导的tk基因突变的作用,以前处理方式的抗诱变作用最强。[ Objective] To evaluate the antimutagenie potential of soy oligopeptide by TK gene mutation tests. [ Methods] The TK6 human lymphoid cells were treated in three antimutagenic experimental protocols, i.e. ple-, pest- and simulta neous treatments, with soy oligopeptidc at the concentrations of 1.25, 2.50, 5.00,10.0 mg/ml and 5μg/ml of methyl methanesulfonate (MMS) . Determination of mutant frequency of TK locus were performed using the micromcell method. [ Results] Soy oligopeptide significantly reduced the mutagenicity of MMS in the pre- and simultaneous treatments at all of the concentrations tested compared with the respective MMS control, and in the post- protocol, significant reductions of the mutant frequency were detected at the concentrations of 5.00, 10.0 mg/ml. On the other hand, the mutation index of soy oligopeptidc added before MMS treatment was less than that in the post- and simultaneous protocols. [Conclusion] The results suggest that soy oligopeptide has a good role for preventing TK gene mutation induced by MMS, especially in the pretreatment.
