中国本科医学教育认证体系下的人才培养模式改革探析

摘　　要：中国高等医学教育正在借鉴国际标准,建立自己的《中国本科医学教育标准》和《中国本科医学教育认证办法》,实施人才培养模式改革,实现与国际医学教育的接轨。而要实现人才培养模式的改革就必须从课程体系、教学方法和实践环节等方面进行综合改革,不断增强学生的实践能力和创新精神。China higher medical education was drawing on international standards undergraduate medical education standards and Chinese undergraduate medical education to set up own Chinese certification approach, and carring on the reform of the personnel training model to integrate the international medical education. The paper advanced the realzation of the reform of personnel training mode should be comprehensive of reforms from curriculum, teaching methods and practical aspect to enhance the students＇ practical abilities and creative spirits.
