摘　　要：建立科学、完整、细化并符合实际、操作性强的评价标准和评价指标体系,对规范学校办学行为、提高学校教育效能、提升教育教学质量具有重要意义。经过多年探索,英国已建立起完善的教育督导体系,形成了一套科学的教育评价指标体系。该指标体系聚焦于学生的学习和发展、学校的教育质量以及学校领导与管理,强调以全国统一的课程体系与监测评价体系来监督并引导学校教育,实现每个学生发展的最大化增值。Establishing scientific, complete, detailed, practical, and effective evaluation criteria and evaluation index system is of great significance for regulating school-running behavior, improving educational effectiveness and enhancing teaching quality. After many years＂ exploration, England has developed the perfect educational supervision system and formed a set of scientific educational evaluation index system. The index system focuses on students＂ learning and development, schools＂ educational quality, school leadership and management, and puts great emphasis on supervising and guiding school education with unified national curriculum system and supervision and evaluation system to realize all students＂ maximized value-added.
