摘　　要：设计了一种基于ControlLogix控制系统和SERCOS网络的伺服系统,应用相应软件设计了控制程序和监控系统。实际运行结果表明,所设计的系统具有良好的实时性,监控系统操作方便,能够实现精确地定位控制、多轴协调运动;同时可实现多轴轨迹运动插补控制,并能保证较小的运动误差。Designed a servo system based on ControlLogix control system and SERCOS network,the control program and monitoring system are designed by use of the application corresponding software. The actual operation results show that,the system that is designed has good real-time and the monitoring system is easy to operate. The servo system can realize accurately positioning control,multi-axis coordinated motion;at the same time,the servo system can realize multi-axis interpolation control of motion trajectory and ensure the smaller motion error.
