干白菜蔬菜纸的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：总述了蔬菜纸研发过程中干白菜蔬菜纸的制备,对其拉伸强度及撕裂强度进行了测试分析,并对其进行了溶解试验和防霉实验。结果表明,此种蔬菜纸可作为食品的可食性内包装,达到了性能要求。Preparation of dry Chinese cabbage paper was summarized in the process of our vegetable paper research project. The tensile strength and tearing strength were analyzed. The solution test and antimildew test were carried out. Test results showed that the properties of dry Chinese cabbage paper meet requirements of food inner package and can be used as edible inner package.
