大学生科研训练计划在药学创新型人才培养中的实施与展望

摘　　要：开展大学生科研训练计划(Student Research Training Program,简称SRTP),是改革本科生教学模式的重要举措,成为培养和提高学生科研创新能力的有效形式和重要途径。该文介绍浙江大学药学院药理毒理与生化药学研究所心脑血管与肝脏药理研究团队近五年来组织、管理、实施SRTP所开展的工作和取得的成绩,通过带教师生的切身感受,说明SRTP对培养创新型药学人才的作用,并对进一步完善SRTP提出思考与建议。Enforcement of Student Research Train Program （SRTP） is one of the important steps to transform the undergraduates＇ teaching mode. It will provide the students with the chance of scientific research training and boost their ability of practice and innovational spirit. This paper presents the operating regulations and achievements in implementing SRTP in last five years in the Cardio-Cerebral Vascular and Hepatic Pharmacology lab of the institute of pharmacology ＆ toxicology and biochemical pharrnaceutics, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Zhejiang University. Based on the summary and survey, SRTP plays an important role in training innovational pharmacy talented researchers. Some suggestions are put forward for SRTP in future.
