摘　　要：结合学校在实施大学生创新实验计划过程中的管理以及指导大学生创新实验计划的经验,探讨在实施大学生创新实验计划中,包括实验的选题、实验的执行以及实验结果的处理三个阶段中的管理方法。Combining with the management of undergraduates innovative experiments in China Pharmaceutical University and authors＇ experiene of guiding undergraduate innovative experiments, the management method in undergraduate innovative experiments, including the choice of experiment topic and the implementation of innovative experiments and the result processing of innovative experiment, are discussed.
