云南黄牛干巴(腊牛肉)中细菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：对云南黄牛干巴进行细菌总数的测定以及细菌的分离与鉴定，结果分离出细菌５８株，分属５个属。The isolation and identification of the bacteria in the cured beef of Yunnan Yellow Cattle are conducted to enumerate the tolal number of bacteria.as the result 58 strains of bactertia which belonging to 5 genus are found out. 
