摘　　要：研究以北五味子、山葡萄、大枣、枸杞子为原料，采用果胶酶分解，微孔过滤、物理降酸等工艺加工成果汁，辅以蜂蜜、蛋白糖增甜，结合正交试验设计，筛选最佳配方，制成色、香、味俱佳的天然保健饮料。おhe main raw materials of this health beverage are the fruit of Chinese Magnoliavine, Amur Grape, Chinese Date and Chinese Wolfberry Fruit juice is processed by the method of resolution of pectase, piny-hole filtration and physically reducing acid, and some honey and protein sugar are added to increase its sweet The best ingredients are selected with the orthogonal test This natural health beverage has excellent colour, tasteful fragrance and normal flavour
