摘　　要：教学相长不只是体现为教师的教和学生的学,更重要的是体现在教师和学生的共同学习之中。教育要从外部的教转向内在的学,教师在课堂教学中的问题创设显得尤为重要,这体现为教师在研究型教学中的主导、引导作用以及教师获取知识、总结知识和驾驭知识的重要性。本文结合无机与分析化学课程教学过程中的实践,对问题创设的重要性、教师在创设问题中的作用以及问题创设的原则进行了论述。This paper summarizes the application and practice of research-oriented pedagogical method based on the theoretical and practical teaching. It points out the leading role of teachers in this method, and emphasizes the importance of teachers in acquiring, summarizing and mastering knowledge. Teachers should learn to make knots while teaching and teaches the scientific and research method in the cooperative discussion with students so that students can learn not only knowledge but also method.
