摘  要:人力资本是生产要素中最活跃和最特殊的要素,它的激励与约束问题极为精巧、复杂。文章重点对管理型人力资本激励进行研究和总结。提出了人力资本作为一种特殊的资本,不仅要使其成为企业的财富,让其为企业所用,并不断增值,更要为企业创造更多的价值,同时也要明确人力资本应有的地位和应获得的利益。Human Capital is the most active and special element in production factors, its excitation and restricting mechanism is ingenious and complex. This paper elaborates the conception of human resource and human capital and the theory of human capital, and discusses the excitation mechanism of human capital according to the theory. This paper puts much emphasis on the studies of how to motivate human capital of managing and entrepreneur. The article suggests that as a special capital, human capital should make asset and produce much more value for enterprise. Human capital should get more attention and rightful position.
