护士的心理健康:基于《中华护理杂志》的文献学分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护士的心理健康问题。方法:利用文献分析和数理统计法对《中华护理杂志》自1998年至2007年间有关护士心理健康的58篇文章进行统计分析。结果:发文量呈上升趋势;作者多为高学历、高职称者,大部分来自医院,多数为女性;研究对象集中于护士长I、CU护士、急诊科护士;统计方法主要涉及平均值、相关分析t、检验等;使用较多的问卷为症状自评量表(SCL-90)和Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)。结论:研究者从不同角度考察了护士的心理健康问题,与其他职业人群相比,护士的心理健康问题较为突出,应采取积极的措施加以引导。Objective： To explore the study of psychological and statistic were used to dissect the literatures about the healthy of nurses. Methods： The philology analysis psychological health of nurses which were printed in Chinese Journal of Nursing from 1998 to 2007, from which 58 articles were studied. Results： The number of published literatures increased; most authors were graduated from high schools, who worked in hospitals and had senior professional job title, large number of them were female; head nurses, ICU nurses, emergency department nurses were the main target of these studies; the approach of statistic included the method of average, related analysis and t-test; two kinds of questionnaires were used frequently such as SCL-90 and SAS. Conclusion： The study in psychological health of nurses were conducted at different levels. Compared with others, the psychology problem is more serious in nurses, therefore, the manager need to use effective way to improve the situation.
