人与物双元素视角的企业生产系统安全性研究

摘　　要：在企业生产系统中,人、物、环境等多种要素共同保障了安全生产系统的有序运行,但相对于其他要素,人和物两大元素对企业安全生产的价值是特殊而重要的。人和物双元素在促进企业生产系统安全的动态运行过程存在着特定的规律,这种规律可以运用经济学中的无差异曲线理论进行阐释。分析表明,保持或者提升企业生产系统安全水平的主要策略在于提升人的安全性或者增加物的安全性。In the enterprise production system, the elements, such as human, material and envi- ronment, support the safety of the whole system. However, the human and material are relatively important to the other elements. There is a rule of these two elements supporting the safety of the system, which can be explained by the Indifference Curve. The analysis shows that enhancing the safety of human or increasing the safety of the material will do well to keep or heighten the level of the enterprise production safety.
