深化高等院校师资培养培训制度改革的思考——以天津商业大学为例

摘　　要：结合例证分析了目前高校师资培养培训的现状与存在的主要问题,从四个方面提出了深化改革师资培养培训制度的思考与对策,指出改革创新教师的培养培训机制对建设高水平大学,培养新时期人才具有非常重要的意义。Based on a case study of Tianjin University of Commerce, the paper analyzes the situation and problems of faculty training in colleges and universities, offers some proposals for deepening the reform of faculty training institution in the four aspects, and points out that it is significant for colleges and universities to reform and innovate in faculty training institution to improve educational level and train men for profession in the new era.
