摘  要:以糖代谢活力保留值R(%)为指标,研究简单节杆菌细胞在15种logPoct不同的有机溶剂中的耐受性。发现游离简单节杆菌细胞和固定化简单节杆菌细胞糖代谢活力保留值与溶剂logPoct值大致都呈"S"型曲线关系。考察了微生物的生长时期、摇床转速、摇床温度、水相介质等对游离简单节杆菌细胞有机溶剂耐受性的影响,结果发现,不同生长时期、摇床转速、摇床温度对简单节杆菌的有机溶剂耐受性有很大的影响,而采用不同的水相介质简单节杆菌的糖代谢活力保留值R(%)没有明显的差别。By determining the saccharide metabolic activity retention (R, %) of Arthrobacter simplex after 4 h exposure to various organic solvents with different logPoct values, the solvent tolerances of Arthrobacter simplex cells were studied. The saccharide metabolic activity retention (R, %) was considered to predict the tolerance of Arthrobaeter simplex AS.1.94* cells to the solvent. The results showed that the relationship between the tolerance of Arthrobacter simplex cells and logPoct value of the organic solvent was an" S" curve. The tolerance of immobilized cells was higher than that of free cells. The effects of cell growth stage, rotation speed, culture temperature and aqueous phases on the organic solvent tolerance of flee A. simplex AS.1.94* cells were investigated. The results indicated that the cell growth stage, rotation speed and culture temperature had strong influence on the organic solvent tolerance of free A. simplex AS. 1.94* cells, but the kind of aqueous phases had no significant influence.
