浅议员工智力资源资本化

摘　　要：从知识经济时代创建学习型企业对企业员工智力资源向资本转化的必然要求出发,阐述了企业员工智力资源资本化的重要意义,指出了员工智力资源资本化的形式及权利配置形式,并给出了员工智力资源资本化进程中遇到的问题和解决对策。Starting from the inevitable requirement of enterprise employees＇ intellect resource capitalization in the process of establishing leaming enterprise in knowledge economy era, this paper pointed out the form of the employees＇ intellect resource capitalization and the new form of right disposition. At the same time, some problems and solving countermeasures in the intellect resource capitalization were also discussed.
