摘　　要：伦理的生命力来自于对时代精神的表达。在爱欲物化已司空见惯的社会里,传统伦理失却了存在的现实依据,一种新的交往情境、新的生活内容及其存在方式正在生成,因而更合宜的规范探寻就成为必要。性产业与性文学的繁荣使得对性道德规范的反思变成必然。受传统道德规范影响,性文学被认为伤风败俗,长期不被接受,而且在20世纪二、三十年代和六十年代经历了两次法律审判高峰。而性文学出版者在六十年代的胜诉,使性文学获得了道德认同的基础。随着性文学发展为西方文化中性规范的一部分,它在潜移默化中对传统的伦理观念进行了有效地矫正和虚拟化实践。西方一批优秀作家的性文学作品实际上启迪着人类走出性迷失的困惑,它们的道德认同之路即是完成自身文学使命、走向文学正典之路。Ethics is endowed with power and life world, traditional ethical instructions do not conform t munication situation,new contents of living and new through expressing the spirit of times. In this materialized o the existent reali existing modes of ty in the circumstances where a new comlife are emerging. Due to this, exploring more adaptable moral principles becomes a needed task in the context of the prosperity of sex industry and sex-related literature. Historically sex-related literary works were rejected by the public for their obscenity and they were forced into legal trouble floods in 1920s-1930s and 1960s respectively. Their winning in court in 1960s laid a foundation for their morality identification. Sex literature is developing into a part of western culture and it effectively modifies traditional morality and conducts virtual practice. Many important writers＇ sex-related works actually enlighten human beings to go out of sexual confusion,fulfilling their literary mission and becoming literary canon.
