摘　　要：研究了不同脱色工艺对月见草油品质的影响,对脱色剂配方、工艺参数进行优化,分别以茴香胺值、酸值、色价为考察指标,研究表明,真空脱色工艺效果最好,最佳脱色配方为白土∶活性炭为8∶2,最优脱色工艺参数为:脱色温度75℃,时间30 min,脱色剂用量为3%。The bleaching process of evening primrose oil was studied with p - anisidine value, acid value and color value as indexes. Results show： Vacuum bleaching displays the best effect compared with bleaching in normal atmosphere. The optimal bleaching agent is activated earth and activated carbon in ratio of 8 ： 2. The optimal bleaching parameters are bleaching agent dose 3 %, bleaching temperature 75 ℃ and time 30 min.
