摘　　要：计算机和互联网的迅速发展,给人们开辟了一条崭新的学习、工作和生活之路。同时也带来了负面影响。"网络成瘾"就是不容忽视的、全球性的负面影响之一。如何预防和减少青少年患上网络成瘾症,已成为一个社会普遍关注的话题。The rapid development of Internet and modem computers opens a new path to study, work, and live, meanwhile brings negative effects. Intemet addiction disorder is one of global effects which should not be neglected. How to predict and decrease teenagers＇ Internet Addiction Disorder has been a topic which attracts social attention at large.
