摘　　要：非物质文化遗产亟待传承与保护,原因在于传承链条的脱节。保护非物质文化遗产,就是要探索其传承规律,摸索其有效传承途径。高校在传承与保护"非遗"中具有得天独厚的条件,雄厚的教育资源和大量的高素质人才可以在"非遗"的保护过程中充当"演员"和"观众",从而使传承链条得以维系。同时非物质文化可以同高校校园文化紧密地结合在一起,培养当代大学生爱国、爱家的优良传统。本文通过探讨河北省非物质文化遗产在高校传承与保护过程中的成功做法及存在问题,为河北省非物质文化遗产项目的传承与保护提供一些借鉴。Intangible cultural heritage should be urgently protected because of its passing failure. When we protect it, we must explore its passing rule and approach. Universities have advantages in passing and protecting for they have rich educational resources and talents as ＂players＂ and ＂audience＂ in the course of protection so that passing may go on. Moreover, intangible culture, closely connected with campus culture, is used to cultivate the excellent tradition of loving country and home. This paper explores the successful methods in passing and protection of intangible culture and problems in universities of Hebei Province so as to give some proposals in this area.
