摘　　要：介绍一种正、侧向翻边同时完成的模具结构,并详细论述该类模具设计时需克服的难点,模具结构可靠,操作方便,一个工序同时完成正、侧连续翻边,节约了成本,缩短了开发周期。A new die structure with positive and side flanging performance in one process was presented and some difficulties in design of similar dies for an automobile panel were discussed. The die has a reliable structure and simple operation control; it can reduce the production costs and shorten the development cycle.
