摘 要:尝试引入顾客满意理论,以面向居民满意为视角,根据社区体育服务的自身特征,通过合理选取变量并假设变量相关关系,建立了社区体育服务居民满意度指数模型,形成了一套测评社区体育服务居民满意度的理论和方法。通过实地调查收集数据进行实证研究,验证模型的合理性,并对实证研究结果进行分析,验证各变量之间的相关关系及对居民满意度的影响。使用"满意度-重要度"四分图进行分析社区体育服务的发展实况,据此提出促进社区体育服务发展的对策建议。This paper tries to apply the theory of customer satisfaction and by selecting proper variables and supposing the correlation between them from the angle of residents ' satisfaction as well as characteristics of community sports service itself, builds an exponential model of residents' satisfaction at community sports service and finds out a set of theories and methods to evaluate residents ' satisfaction as well. Then, it validates the reasonableness of the model via carrying out empirical study by collecting information through field investigation. After analyzing the results of empirical study, this paper verifies the correlation between variables and their impact on residents' satisfaction, and formulates practical development of community sports service by using four view of satisfaction-significance, hereby put forwards some countermeasures and suggests for promoting the development of community sports service.
