影响高校高水平田径运动可持续发展的因素及对策

摘　　要：高等院校试办高水平运动队是我国建立多层次、多渠道培养体育人才梯队的战略举措,开辟了一条为我国培养更多高水平运动员的新途径。田径运动是我国高校开展最早,最具代表性的竞技体育项目。自高校建立高水平田径运动队以来,经历了20多年的发展,培养出许多高素质、高水平的运动员,极大地促进了高校体育活动的普及与开展。通过文献资料法、调查访问法和数据统计法,对当前影响我国高校田径运动可持续发展的因素进行了多层面、多角度的深入分析。通过研究分析认为:生源质量、田径运动员的成才周期、膳食营养、训练恢复、指导思想和目标定位、训练理念等因素是制约我国高校田径运动可持续发展的主要因素。在全面分析这些影响因素的基础上提出了应对之策,希望为我国高校田径运动的可持续发展提供有价值的参考。High-level sports teams held by colleges and universities in China is a strategy for cultivating sports talents echelons with multi-level and multi-channel. It has opened up a new path for training more high-level athletes. Track and field is the first and most representative athletic sports event to be carried out in colleges and universities in China. Since the 20-year development of high-level track and field sports teams,various colleges and universities have cultivated a number of high-quality, high-level athletes and promoted the popularization and development of sports activities. By means of literature review, surveys, interviews and statistical analysis, the authors have made a deep analysis of the current influencing factors for the sustainable development of track and field sports teams in China＇s colleges and universities from various aspects. Through research and analysis it is concluded that the quality of students, the cultivating cycle of track and field athletes, diet and nutrition, restoration after training, guiding ideology, target orientation and training concepts are the main factors to restrain the sustainable development of track and field sports teams in China＇s colleges and universities. Based on a thorough analysis of the above factors, the authors put forward some countermeasures for the purpose of providing valuable references for the sustainable development of track and field sports teams in China＇s colleges and universities.
