摘　　要：要建设一流的实验室必须有一流的实验队伍，如何建设和提高实验队伍的水平是大家比较关心的热点问题。在对高校实验队伍现状分析的基础上，从创新制度、提高素质、科学激励、优化管理等方面，提出建设高素质实验队伍的对策和思考。The construction of first class laboratories must have a first class laboratory team, and how to build the team and improve its level is a hot issue of everyone＇ s concern. Based on the analysis of current situation of laboratory teams in colleges and universities, the thesis proposes solutions and thoughts on building a high quality laboratory team from aspects of innovation system, quality improving, scientific motivation, and management optimization, etc.
