摘　　要：湖北职业技术学院在实训基地建设中进行积极探索与大胆实践,从实训基地建设观、建设模式、管理模式、建设途径,以及如何进行校企合作、工学结合机制创新等方面走出了一条高职教育实训基地建设的改革创新之路。The paper introduces the exploration and practice of training base construction in Hubei Polytechnic Institute from the perspectives of training base construction outlook, construction mode, management mode and constmction methods as well as how to promote the college - enterprise cooperation and how to innovate the combination of study and work mechanism, which provides a new innovative way for higher vocational education training base construction.
