摘　　要：文章介绍了跨文化护理概念,分析了当前跨文化护理的市场需求,提出了培养跨文化护理能力的理论依据,并以湖北职业技术学院为例,探讨了涉外护理专业培养涉外护生跨文化交际能力的措施。The paper introduces the concept of cross - cultural nursing. It also analyzes the demand of cross - cultural nursing competence, provides its theoretical basis, and discusses how to develop the English nursing students of Hubei Polytechnic Institute in gaining cross - cultural communication competence.
