摘　　要：分析了齿条刀具加工齿轮的原理,介绍了采用VB实现齿条刀具加工齿轮的虚拟范成实验的方法。实现了任意参数值的齿轮范成加工的动态模拟,其演示齿轮范成的概念比采用仪器做实验具有更好的效果。This paper analyzes the principle of the generating cutting of the involute gear by rack cutter, and introduces a method of carrying the virtual experimeht of the generating cutting of the in- volute gear by rack cutter based on VB.This method has better effect in demonstrating the concept of the envelope cutting gear than carrying out experiments with instruments.
