摘  要:研究桦褐孔菌抗氧化提取物(AEIO)的体内抗氧化作用,为桦褐孔菌资源及保健品的开发提供理论基础。将50只Balb/c种小鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。通过后颈背部皮下注射D-gal建立亚急性衰老模型,以灌胃方式注入AEIO,连续处理6周后检测各组小鼠血清、肝、脑组织中MDA含量、SOD、GSH-Px酶活性及TAOC。结果表明:AEIO可显著提高血清、肝及脑组织中的SOD、GSH-Px酶活性及TAOC值(P<0.05),显著降低血清、肝及脑组织中的MDA含量(P<0.05)。TAOC/MDA比值显示各剂量组均显著高于模型组。Antioxidant effects in vivo of the antioxidant extract of Inonotus Obliquus on ageing mice were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for the utilization and exploitation of Inonotus Obliquus. The Balb/c mice were randomLy divided into five groups(n=10): normal group, ageing group, low dose AEIO group(50 mg/ kg.bwod), middle dose AEIO group(100 mg/kg·bw·d) and high dose AEIO group(200 mg/kg·bw·d). The AEIO were added by intragastric administration, aging model was induced by s.c. injection D-galactose. After 6 weeks of treatment, the level of SOD, GSH-Px and TAOC and the contents of MDA in serum, liver and brain were measured by reagent box. The results that AEIO can significantly increase the activity of SOD and GSH- Px, the total antioxidant competency(TAOC)(P〈0.05) and decrease the contents of MDA(P〈0.05) in the serum, liver and brain. The ratio of TAOC/MDA of three dose groups is obviously higher than that of the ageing group.
