摘　　要：戴震《屈原赋注》的定稿本相对于初稿本,在文本解读与思想认识上实现了重要的超越,主要是突破了单一的人格主题,强化了"怼君"的政治内涵,从而更加准确地揭示了《离骚》的精髓,最大限度地释放出屈原作品所蕴含的批判能量。The final version of Notes to Qu Yuan＇s Ode by Dai Zhen transcends its first draft in textual interpretation and theoretical depth. The book diversifies the subject in addition to personality and intensifies political criticism to the malicious king. Dai Zhen＇s work discovers the essence of Qu Yuan＇s Encountering Sorrows, thus unleashing Qu Yuan＇s critical potential.
