摘　　要：目的:对罗格列酮钠肠溶片进行体外释放度研究,并建立测定方法。方法:选用小杯法,释放度采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:本品3批在30min内的释放量超过80%。结论:本方法用于测定罗格列酮钠肠溶片的释放度切实可行。OBJECTIVE To study the controlled release of rosiglitazone sodium enteric-coated tablets. METHODS A small glass method was used. The released contents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS More than 80% of the labeled amount of its three lots was released in 30 minutes. CONCLUSION The method is good for controlled release of rosiglitazone sodium enteric-coated tablets
