摘　　要：介绍了膜技术在大豆乳清活性成分回收中的应用,重点讨论了活性成分分离过程中的膜污染问题。Introduced the application of membrane separation technology in recovery of active components from soybean whey, emphatically discussed the membrane pollution problem in separation process of active components.
