强化以学生为本的师德育人观念  

On Strengthening Teacher's Sense of Responsibility to Education of High School With the Student-oriented Moral Quality of Teacher

摘　　要：指出以学生为本的师德育人观念构成的三个要素是:对以学生为本的伦理精神的忠诚;对大学生的伦理关怀;坚持以学生全面发展为本的人性善理念。对此,要在师德育人观念上实现三大转变:在大学生与教育行政关系认识上,注重向大学生的人格和权利基本认定和学校社会责任转变;在言教与身教的关系认识上,注重向以身教为中心的育人转变;在师德理念上,注重向教师职业道德自律的转变;在责任意识上,注重向强化学校责任和教师责任转变。接着指出了牢固树立正确的师德观念的四个基本原则,即育人优先原则、尊重权利原则、教师自律原则和权力监督原则。最后提出了强化师德育人观念的基本途径:首先抓好教师职业道德和纪律的教育;要充分发挥好各级党校、教育行政学院、高校和各种教师培训学校或中心的重要作用;健全教育责任制与责任追究制度,提高师德失范的行政与道德成本。Pointing out the three basic facts of student-oriented moral of teacher： be loyal to the ethical spirit of student-oriented and a moral carefulness for of students and a human-good looking of moral of educating student on all development of person ; then analyzing its characteristics and changes and some base principles ; finally, pointing out ways to improve the moral of teacher ： training of the professional moral of teacher; building basic systems of training of the professional moral of teacher and institutions of duty in the professional moral of teacher .
