关于高校师德师风建设的几点思考

摘　　要：高校是培养人才的重要基地,高校教师是高校教育的主力军。加强高校师德师风建设对教师队伍建设有着十分重要的意义。目前高校师德师风建设方面出现了一些值得关注的问题,要解决这些问题,应该从树立敬业精神、健全完善人格、关心教师生活、完善配套机制等方面着手。High university is the important base for fostering talents and the teacher is main army of the high university education. It has the extremely vital significance to the teacher troop by enhancing the construction of the teachers＇ethics. At present, the aspect of the construction in the teacher＇s ethics appeared some matters to be concerned, in order to solve the problem; we should set up the professional dedication, cultivate perfect personality, and care about the teachers＇life, consummate necessary mechanism and so on.
