摘　　要：调查显示,我国中等职业学校工业分析与检验专业拥有一支相对稳定、学历层次较高、专业教学能力较强的师资队伍。但是,东西部师资分布不平衡",双师型"教师数量不足,部分教师专业实践能力差,缺乏现代教学方法、手段,对行业、企业发展和职业岗位了解少等问题依然突出。为此,加强师资培训基地建设,使培训工作科学化、规范化、制度化是提升专业师资队伍水平的有效途径。The investigation shows that there is a professional teaching staff which is relatively stable, with higher education level and professional teaching ability in the industrial analysis speciality of vocational schools. However, there are still some obvious problems such as the uneven teachers＇ distribution between the eastern and western regions, the shortage of the ＂double qualified＂ teachers, some teachers＇ poor professional practice ability, the lack of modern teaching methods, less acquaintance of the enterprises＇ development and professional positions, etc. Hence it is the effective means of improving the level of professional teaching staff to strengthen the teacher training base and to make the training more scientific, standardized and institutionalized.
