摘  要:目的:对秦皇岛市食品中O157:H7大肠杆菌的污染状况进行监测并分析。方法:用改良EC肉汤增菌,采用O157免疫磁珠分离技术,接种柯玛嘉和青岛海博O157显色平板,血清和生化系列证实。结果:220份食品中检出O157:H7大肠杆菌2株,分别为牛肉1株,羊肉1株,检出率0.91%。检出可疑O157:H7大肠杆菌2株,怀疑为L型O157:H7大肠杆菌。结论:秦皇岛市食品中存在O157:H7大肠杆菌的污染,需要对该菌进行长期监测。同时加强L型O157:H7大肠杆菌的检测鉴定。Objective:To monitor and analyze contamination of food by E. coli O157:H7 in Qinhuangdao City. Methods:Enrich enterobacterium with EC Broth, adopt O157 immunomagneti6 microspheres isolation technique, inoculate Qiangdao Haibo O157 colorable culture medium, prove through serology and bio -chemical experiments. Results:We detected 2 strains of E. coli O157 :H7 in 220 shares of food samples, one was found on beef sample and another on mutton sample, the detectable rate was 0. 91%. We detected 2 strains of suspected E. coli O157:H7 that may be L coli O157 :HT. Conclusion :There is contamination of food by E. coli O157 : H7 in Qinhuangdao, which should be monitored in long term. The monitoring and identification of L E. coli O157 :H7 should be enhanced.
