韩国“教育监”选举制度研究

摘　　要：自20世纪50年代中叶以来,韩国"教育监"经历了从政府任命,到团体成员间接选举产生,再到居民直接投票选举产生这样一个漫长的演变过程,这也深刻反映了韩国教育民主和地方教育自治的发展历程。时至今日,"教育监"的直选制仍然存在一些突出问题,需要研究并加以改进。Since the mid 1950s,the superintendent of educational affairs＇ election system has experienced a long journey from the governmental appointment,the community member election and the citizen direct election,which has shown the developmental process of educational democracy and local educational selfgoverning in South Korea. However, the direct election system for the educational affairs＇ superintendent has some problems until now, which need further study and improvement.
