摘  要:首先介绍了采用二次调节的台车牵引系统的工作原理,在Matlab/Simulink软件环境下,建立了系统所采用的电子比例变量泵、变量马达和蓄能器的数学模型,通过仿真确定了控制器的结构和参数。结果表明,应用二次调节技术能够回收和重新利用系统制动动能,减少装机容量,且能量回收效率随系统转速的增大而升高。In view of the billet sharpening machine trolley hydraulic control system existing start and stop frequently ,under the restriction loss causes the system to give off heat,needing high efficiency coiling system and large capacity fuel tank. This paper proposed that uses secondary regulation technical controlling billet sharpening machine trolley's rate process. In order to solve the above problems, the paper instroduced the principle of the system and established the electronic proportion variable pump, the variable motor and the accumulator's number simulation model. Based on this has designed the controller's structure and the parameter by using the sumulink software. The result showed that it was able to recycle and again use the system's brake kinetic energy and reduce the installed capacity by applying the secondary regulation technologies.
