摘　　要：管理协同是当前管理领域中的热门话题。本文在探讨管理协同机制模型构建的必要性和思路基础上,构建了管理协同机制模型,提出了管理协同的三大机制,并对其进行分析说明。这对深刻理解管理协同的内涵与本质,以及完善管理协同理论具有重要意义。The management synergy is a hot issue in the management field currently. Based on the necessity and thinking of constructing the management synergy mechanism model, this paper structures the management synergy mechanism model, puts forward the three mechanisms of management synergy, carries out the analyses and illumina- tion and points out that it is significant to understand the connotation and nature of management synergy, and consummate the theory of management synergy.
