谈西部地区农村中小学教师培训的弊端

摘　　要：教师的素质及教学水平直接影响到学校的教学质量。因此,教师培训,应成为现代教育改革的重中之重。而西部地区是中国经济较落后、发展较慢的地区,该地区农村中小学教育水平的提高,直接关系到我国基础教育水平的提高。为了点燃西部地区农村中小学教师参加培训的热情,推动西部贫困地区基础教育的发展,文章分析了阻碍该地区中小学教师培训的原因,并提出相应对策。Obviously, teachers＇ professional qualifications and teaching standard decide the educational qualification directly. Therefore, training teachers may be the most significant part of education reform. However, west region is poor. The development of educational qualification in this area is the correlative of the level of elementary education. In order to motivate teachers to take training and develop elementary education in the west, this essay analyses investigate the problems and provides relative measures.
