摘 要:以石榴叶为原料,采用乙醇浸提工艺,并结合过滤、浓缩、沉淀、萃取、干燥等技术,制成茶多酚成品。着重研究了浸提工艺对茶多酚得率的影响,对浸提工艺中的料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度3个因素进行正交实验,并对茶多酚得率进行分析,为高得率、高品质茶多酚提取工艺提供参考数据,同时也为大规模生产奠定一定的基础。经研究确定最佳浸提工艺条件为料液比1∶10、浸提时间50min、浸提温度80℃,在此浸提条件下浸提茶多酚得率可达27.28%。Tea polyphenols were obtained from pomegranate leaf by the ethanolic extraction process, combined with the application of techniques including filtration, concentration, precipitation, extraction and drying. The effects of the extraction technology on the yield of tea polyphenols were focused on, which was analyzed through orthogonal experiments on 3 factors in extraction (material-to-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature), with a view of providing references for a highyield and high-quality tea polyphenol extraction technology and also laying a foundation for large-scale production. The results indicated the optimum conditions for extraction as material-to-liquid ratio 1:10, extraction time 50 min and extraction temperature 80℃. The yield reached 27.28 %.
