摘 要:采用TiO2光催化法对甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液的处理进行了研究,考察了初始浓度、光照时间、TiO2用量、pH值、通氧方式、光强等因素对光催化氧化反应的影响,并在此基础上应用正交试验对废液处理工艺进行了优化。实验结果表明,在酒精废液稀释80倍、pH为8、TiO2用量为2 g/L、使用300 W紫外汞灯光照5.0 h、连续通入空气的条件下,化学耗氧量(COD)去除率和脱色率分别达92.52%和87.36%,结果表明,该方法是一种有效的处理甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液的方法。The treatment of cane molasses alcohol wastewater by titanium dioxide photocatalysis was studied. Some influencing factors such as solution concentration, irradiation time, dosages of titanium dioxide, pH value, oxygen and Light intensity were investigated, after that the titanium dioxide photocatalysis conditions of cane molasses alcohol wastewater were optimized by the or- thogonal test. The results showed that the optimal photocatalysis conditions are as following: di- luting 80 times alcohol wastewater, pH 8.0, TiO2 2 g/L, under 300 W ultraviolet mercury lamp for 5.0 h with continuous aerating, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and color removal ratio were 92.52 % and 87.36 % in the optimal condition respectively. Results showed that photocatal- ysis process is an effectively method for treating cane molasses alcohol waste water.
