摘　　要：在约束锥拓扑内部为空时利用集合的拟内部的概念给出了带约束的向量均衡问题的弱有效解的充分性和必要性条件。作为它的应用,还给出了带约束的向量变分不等式、向量优化问题的弱有效解的最优性条件。It presents the necessary and sufficient conditions for weakly efficient solution to the vector equilibrium problems with constraints by using the notion of quasi interior of a convex set when the constraint cone has an empty interior. As applications,it also gives the necessary and sufficient conditions for weakly efficient solution to the vector variational inequalities and vector optimization problems with constraints.
