摘  要:分析了汽车用自攻螺栓的受力状态及自攻螺栓的技术要求,依据汽车自攻螺栓的服役特征制定了相应的热处理工艺,研究分析了热处理工艺参数与产品性能之间的关系,提出了自攻螺栓的最佳热处理工艺参数。Technical requirements for self-tapping bolts applied to auto and their stressed state were analyzed. The heat treatment process corresponding to the service condition of self-tapping bolts were formulated. The relationship between heat treatment process and performance for self-tapping bolts was investigated. As a result, the optimum heat treatment process parameters for self-tapping bolts were put forward.
