摘　　要：研究生教育是一个国家最高层次的教育,质量是研究生教育的生命。教育创新首先人才培养模式要创新,构建研究生创新型人才培养模式则是提高研究生培养质量的关键。积极地探索和发展医学研究生教育,改革现有人才培养模式的缺陷,推进教育改革、激发研究生的创新能力、稳步提高医学研究生培养质量,是医学专业发展的时代需要,也是社会进步和创新型国家建设的迫切需要。Graduate education is the highest level of education in one nation and the quality is his life.Educational Innovation,in the first place,is to innovate the personnel cultivation mode.The construction of postgraduate innovative personnel cultivation mode is the key to improve the quality of graduate students.Actively exploring and developing the postgraduate medical education,reforming the existing defects of personnel training patterns,promoting education reform and stimulating postgraduates＇ innovative ability and steadily improving the quality of medical postgraduates are not only the times＇ needs for the medical development but also the urgent needs for the social progress and innovative national construction.
